Ian Cameron Five Winds School of Tai Chi Chuan
Sally Munro has studied with Sifu Ian Cameron for over 25 years and has been a dedicated student over this period.Sally has taught Tai Chi for many years and is a senior instructor with the Five Winds School.
Sally has competed in Taiwan,London,Newcastle and Denmark gaining many gold medals, she has a great ability for the technical and can help student's move on in their practise due to her keen eye and explanation of the art.
She loves the martial aspect of the art and has gone onto to explore Gracie Jui Jitsu where she holds a blue belt/2 stripes in this art.
Sally says that her approach to Gracie Jui Jitsu is 'Tai Chi on the ground'.
She has helped to organise seminars over the years and continues to teach her own class in Edinburgh
